BARTON <br />SUBJECT: CHANGE ORDER #3 -COASTLINE UTILITIE: <br />ROUTE 60 SEWER FORCE MAIN <br />REFERENCES: <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />With the relocation of the pump station No, 6 there was the need to add <br />additional line and deduct line which are broken down on exhibit A of the <br />attached for an increase of $670.00 to the contract. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />It is the staffs recommendation to approve change order #3 in the amount <br />of $670.00 and authorize the chairman to sign the change order. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously approved <br />Change Order #3 in the amount of $670 in the contract <br />with Coastline Utilities for the SR -60 Sewer Force <br />Main, and authorized the Chairman's signature. <br />46 <br />
