O'Grudy, Jr. <br />President <br />In order for the Indian River Memorial Hospital <br />Life Support System to be licensed by the State of Florida, <br />we must have a Certificate of Public Convenience and <br />Necessity from the County Commission. <br />The system will be serving all of Indian River <br />County. Our basic charge will be $145.00 and $4.00 per <br />mile, plus supplies. We are in compliance with all <br />requirements of State legislation. <br />Mike, we would appreciate this item being placed on <br />the agenda for the January 8th meeting, as our license <br />application cannot be processed without this approval. O'Grady, Jr. <br />President <br />Administrator Wright explained the urgency for the <br />certificate to be issued and why he added it to today's agenda. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously <br />issued a Certificate of Public Conveyance to <br />to Indian River Memorial Hospital, Inc., provider <br />of BLS, ALS Transport. <br />56 <br />
