' X Public Headng(Third Reao.) 5198(resobeb2a)VIOC <br /> M111t <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98. 59YKB E" <br /> AAII IRCUIT v0iff <br /> �IRlill M.1�A <br /> A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, o <br /> CONFIRMING THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS IN CONNECTION °1 <br /> WITH A WATER MAIN EXTENSION TO THE SEBASTIAN AREA <br /> PHASE II-A; PROVIDING FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENT LIENS TO oma+ <br /> BE MADE OF RECORD. -� <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has, by <br /> Resolution No. 98-55, adopted May 5, 1998, determined to make special assessments <br /> against certain properties to be serviced by a water main extension to the Sebastian <br /> Area Phase II-A(located west of Roseland Road and north of CR#512); and <br /> WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which said special <br /> assessments shall be made and how said special assessments are to be paid; and <br /> WHEREAS, the resolution was published in the Vero Beach Press Journal, as .3 <br /> required by Section 206.04,Indian River County Code; and <br /> N <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County passed 4 <br /> C Resolution No. 98-56 on May 5, 1998, and set a time and place for a public hearing at <br /> which the owners of the properties to be assessed and other interested persons would <br /> have the chance to be heard as to any and all complaints as to said project and said <br /> special assessments, and for the Board to act as required by Section 206.07, Indian <br /> River County Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public hearing was published in <br /> the Press Journal Newspaper on Saturday, May 9, 1998, and once again on Saturday, <br /> May 16, 1998 (twice one week apart; the last being at least one week prior to the <br /> 1 hearing), as required by Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; and <br /> d <br /> WHEREAS,the land owners of record were mailed notices at least ten days prior <br /> to the hearing, as required by Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County on <br /> Tuesday, May 26, 1998, at 9:05 a.m. conducted the public hearing with regard to the <br /> special assessments; <br /> N <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY ry <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: -0 <br /> N <br /> Ul <br /> Q1 <br />
