RESOLUTION 98-70 <br /> 5. The assessments shown on Exhibit "A," attached to Resolution No. 97-89,were recorded <br /> by the County on the public records of Indian River County, and the lien shall remain prima <br /> facie evidence of its validity. The assessment shown on Exhibit"B"shall be recorded on the <br /> public records of Indian River County, and this lien shall remain prima facie evidence of a <br /> binding first lien against the property shown. <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by CommissionerE g 9 e r t , and the motion <br /> was seconded by Commissioner Ginn and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br /> follows: <br /> Chairman John W.Tippin Aye <br /> Vice Chairman Kenneth R.
