Tuesday, January 14, 1986 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Special Session at the County Commission <br />Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on January 14, <br />1986, at 7:15 o'clock p.M. Present were Don C. Scurlock, Jr., <br />Chairman; Patrick B. Lyons, Vice Chairman; Richard N. Bird; <br />Margaret C. Bowman; and William C. Wodtke, Jr. Also present were <br />Michael J. Wright, County Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, <br />Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; and Virginia <br />Hargreaves, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and announced that <br />it is the first of two public hearings on the conversion of <br />certain zoning districts, and final action is not anticipated. <br />After the input tonight, the Board will give staff some direction <br />so we can have a final document at the next public hearing. <br />The hour of 7:15 o'clock P.M. having passed, the Deputy <br />Clerk read the following Notice with Proof of Publication <br />attached, to -wit: <br />VERO BEACH PRESS -JOURNAL <br />Published Weekly <br />Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida <br />COUNTY OF INDIAN RIVER: <br />STATE OF FLORIDA <br />Before the undersigned authority personally appeared J. J.
