N <br /> WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has, by <br /> Resolution No. 98-77, adopted August 11, 1998, determined to make special <br /> assessments against certain properties to be serviced by a water main extension to the <br /> Sebastian Area Phase II-B (located east of Roseland Road to Vocelle Avenue);and <br /> WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which said special Co <br /> assessments shall be made and how said special assessments are to be paid; and <br /> i <br /> WHEREAS, the resolution was published in the Vero Beach Press Journal, as co <br /> required by Section 206.04, Indian River County Code; and <br /> w <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County passed <br /> Resolution No. 98-78 on August 11, 1998, and set a time and place for a public hearing c <br /> at which the owners of the properties to be assessed and other interested persons <br /> would have the chance to be heard as to any and all complaints as to said project and <br /> said special assessments, and for the Board to act as required by Section 206.07, <br /> Indian River County Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public hearing was published in <br /> the Press Journal Newspaper on Friday, August 14, 1998,and once again on Friday, <br /> August 21, 1998 (twice oTte week apart; the last being at least one week prior to the <br /> hearing), as required by Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the land owners of record were mailed notices at least ten days prior ti <br /> to the hearing, as required by Section 206.06, Indian River County Code;and <br /> u <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County on <br /> Tuesday, September 1, 1998, at 9:05 a.m. conducted the public hearing with regard to <br /> the special assessments; as <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA,as follows: <br /> eepy uepe 67 <br /> Inotd a <br /> Cthe C�--='y &' Orr y'� i sire, <br /> 1840 12.ih 31., Vero Bfta4 <br /> Florida 3296Q <br />
