7/9Breso.seaNk <br /> gyp, � <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 88- 88 ILM, N <br /> CO <br /> A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, N ft6ft& <br /> FLORIDA, EXPANDING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE <br /> COUNTY SEAT TO ENCOMPASS THE PROPOSED <br /> LOCATION OF THE TAX COLLECTOR'S NEW OFFICE o <br /> IN LURIA'S PLAZA. o <br /> Jr <br /> WHEREAS, Section 30.10, Florida Statutes, requires that the place of N <br /> office of every County officer shall be at the County seat of the County;and o <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed new location of the office of the Tax Collector Is <br /> just outside the boundaries of the City of Vero Beach, which is the County seat; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the County seat may be expanded pursuant to Section 138.12, <br /> Florida Statutes; coo <br /> N <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY 'T'o <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the geographic CL <br /> location of the County seat is hereby expanded beyond the corporate limits of the 72 <br /> City of Vero Beach to include the location of the proposed new office of the Tax <br /> Collector of Indian River County, the location of which is more particularly shown W <br /> on the attached Exhibit"A." o <br /> ,.
