In no <br /> case shall the sale/purchase price of new or existing eligible <br /> housing exceed 90 percent of the median area purchase price <br /> where the eligible housing is located, as established by the <br /> United States Department of the Treasury (90% of median <br /> purchase price for Indian River County is $106,365 for new <br /> homes and $98,523 for existing homes) . <br /> 6. Housing Unit Rental Rates <br /> Rental rates for housing units provided or acquired with <br /> assistance from the IRCLHAProgram shall conform with the fair <br /> market rental rates adjusted for housing unit size and income <br /> category and published by the Florida Housing Finance Agency <br /> for housing units in Indian River County.
