The <br /> Board of County Commissioners will consider the financial impact <br /> statement in making its final decision on the adoption of any <br /> proposed regulations. <br /> • Surplus County Owned Land inventory <br /> Housing Element Policy 2.4 <br /> POLICY 2. 4: The county's general services department shall maintain <br /> an inventory of all surplus county-owned land and foreclosed <br /> properties that could be used for affordable housing. Minimum open space per lot and by phase (Note: the <br /> minimum open space for the entire project shall meet or <br /> exceed the requirements of section 915.18); <br /> j.
