IV 1085526 98 SEP 14 Fit I: 44 <br /> Public Hearing(Third Rosa.) 898(reso%cherry)Vk/DC <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 98- 93 LIM <br /> A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br /> CONFIRMING THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS IN CONNECTION <br /> WITH A WATER MAIN EXTENSION TO CHERRYWOOD ESTATES <br /> (59TH AVENUE, SOUTH OF 33RD STREET); PROVIDING FOR <br /> SPECIAL ASSESSMENT LIENS TO BE MADE OF RECORD. <br /> WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has, by <br /> Resolution No. 98-82, adopted August 18, 1998, determined to make special <br /> assessments against certain properties to be serviced by a water main extension to <br /> Cherrywood Estates(59th Avenue, south of 33rd Street);and <br /> WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which said special <br /> assessments shall be made and how said special assessments are to be paid; and <br /> WHEREAS, the resolution was published in the Vero Beach Press Journal, as <br /> required by Section 206.04, Indian River County Code;and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County passed <br /> Resolution No. 98-83 on August 18, 1998, and set a time and place for a public hearing <br /> at which the owners of the properties to be assessed and other interested persons <br /> would have the chance to be heard as to any and all complaints as to said project and <br /> C said special assessments, and for the Board to act as required by Section 206.07, <br /> Indian River County Code; and <br /> C.) <br /> WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public hearing was published in <br /> the Press Journal Newspaper on Friday, August 21, 1998, and once again on Friday, <br /> August 28, 1998 (twice one week apart; the last being at least one week prior to the <br /> hearing),as required by Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the land owners of record were mailed notices at least ten days prior S� <br /> to the hearing, as required by Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; and <br /> N <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County on <br /> Tuesday, September 8, 1998, at 9:05 a.m. conducted the public hearing with regard to <br /> the special assessments; alp <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY J <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: --ftA <br />
