ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />closed the Public Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, Commissioner Lyons having left <br />the meeting, the Board unanimously adopted Ordinance <br />86-13, an emergency ordinance amending the County's <br />sign ordinance providing definition of advertising <br />structures and signs and prohibiting building <br />structures which resemble in configuration or design a <br />particular product; with the addition of "or fruit" to <br />the definition on the first page, and deleting <br />"vehicles"; the amendment to be in effect only until <br />February 15, 1986. <br />86 BOOK.
