Pension Funds ar4 the sum ®f $320.00 be transferred from the I�abliei <br />Fund to the General Revenue Fund and the soot of $525.00 be transferred from the Agricul- <br />tural Fund to the General Revenue Fund to meet the expenditures in said funds for the <br />remainder of this fiscal year. Such transfers to be made only after the approval of sem <br />by the State Comptroller. <br />WhichYesolution was seconded by Commissioner Hamilton and unanimously adopted. <br />The several bills and accounts against the County, having been audited, were examine <br />and found correct were approved and warrants issued in settlement of same. The bills and <br />accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court. The warrants <br />issued in settlement of the bills and accounts being listed completely in the County <br />Finance Record as, provided by law, reference to such finance record and - the list so <br />recorded being made a part of these minutes as fully and completely as. if the same were <br />set out herein in detail. <br />The County Depository filed its monthly statement of the various funds showing the <br />receipts and disbursements for the month of June, which having been checked were found to <br />be correct. <br />The Board then adjourned until konday, July 13th, 1931. <br />ATIST t Chairman. <br />Clerk. <br />- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - <br />MONDAY, JULY 13th 1931. <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County met in the office of the <br />Clerk of the Circuit Court at Vero Beach in the County of Indian River on this 13th day <br />of July 1931, at the following County Commissioners were presents Albert 0. Helseth, <br />Chairman; J.D.Yongue; J.W.LaBruce; J.J.P.Ha;mtlton and Eli C. Walker. <br />The Board continued as a Board of Equalizers for the purpose of hearing complaints <br />and receiving testimony as to the value of any propegty, real, personal or mixed, as fi <br />by the County Tag Assessor of taxes for assessment for the es of the year 19319 the <br />owners and agents of property, who appeared for that purpose, were allowed.. to make; full <br />and complete statements as to the valuation of the property owned or represented by them <br />and the Tax Assessor and the members of the Board having fully discussed the statements <br />facts as presented decided to make no change in the assessment rolls and prepared by the <br />Tax assessor. <br />It was thereupon ordered that the Tax Assessor be. and is hereby instructed to assess <br />]'the property at the valuation fixed by himself as Tax Assessor.exThett&x baokscbetagarek <br />talbe returned to the Tax Assessor for the purpose of extending. the taxes thereon, after <br />the preparation of the budget, same was returned to him. <br />It was thereupon further ordered, that the matter of preparing the budget for the <br />fiscal. year October lst 1931 --September 30th 1932 be carried over until such time as the <br />State legislature, now in extra -ordinary session, passes the necessary legislation with <br />respect to. the various millages, both State and County. <br />A.E.Sueverkruebbe ' appeared before the Board and informed them that as a tax payer <br />citizen he was opposed to the employment of a County Agricultural Agent and Home Demons <br />tion agent. <br />There being no further business on motion made seconded and carried the Board <br />1 <br />1 <br />
