RESOLUTION NO. 98- 111 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br /> ADOPTING A FINAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1998-99 <br /> FOR CERTAIN NONTAXING FUNDS OF INDIAN RIVER <br /> COUNTY. <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has <br /> field the necessary budget hearings as provided by Florida law, has considered all <br /> expenditures set forth in the budgets, and now determines that adoption of the budgets <br /> is in the best interest of the citizens of Indian River County; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board of County <br /> Commissioners hereby adopts the budgets set forth for the following funds: <br /> Housing Authority Fund $ 125,076 <br /> Other Special Revenue Funds $23,713,246 <br /> Other Debt Service Fund $ 832,070 <br /> Capital Projects $10,946,118 <br /> Enterprise Funds $27,394,860 <br /> Internal Services $8,572,819 <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Eggert , and the <br /> motion was seconded by Commissioner A d a m c , and, upon being put to a vote, <br /> the vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman John W.Tippin Aye <br /> Vice Chairman Kenneth R. Macht Aye <br /> Commissioner Fran B.Adams Aye <br /> Commissioner Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br /> Commissioner Caroline D.
