RESOLUTION NO. 98- 117 <br /> A RINOLvT I <br /> ox or TES aoARD or COUNTY color=88IONSRB OF <br /> IMIAU RIM COUM, FLORIDA, APPROVING TRAFFIC CONTROL <br /> DSVIC88 AUTHORIZED BY THE DIRECTOR Or PUBLIC woRis. <br /> N![R XA8, the Board of County Commissioners has directed the <br /> director of public works to maintain a ledger reflecting the <br /> traffic control devices in the unincorporated area (Section 312.18, <br /> Indian River County Code) ; and <br /> NR=MAS, the code requires this ledger to be presented to the <br /> Board of County Commissioners for approval; and <br /> VNERSAS, the ledger has been presented and is attached as <br /> Exhibit "A" to this Resolution, <br /> NOW, TESREFORS, BE IT RZSOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COJWSBXONZRS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT: <br /> The Board of County Commissioners hereby accepts and approves <br /> the traffic control device ledger which is Exhibit "A" to this <br /> resolution. <br /> The resolution was moved to adoption by Commissioner <br /> Adams and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br /> Sinn and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br /> follows: <br /> Chairman John W.
