I <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98.1 1 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA, APPOINTING A REPRESENTATIVE TO <br /> THE CIRCUIT CONFLICT COMMITTEE. <br /> WHEREAS, Section 925.037, Florida Statutes, requires the Board to <br /> appoint a representative to the Circuit Conflict Committee, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that: <br /> Terrence P. O'Brien, Assistant County Attorney, is hereby designated the <br /> County's representative on the Circuit Conflict Committee. <br /> The resolution was moved to adoption by Commissioner <br /> Adam and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br /> Ginn and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman John W. Tippin Aye <br /> Vice Chairman Kenneth R. Macht Aye <br /> Commissioner Carolyn K. Eggert Absent <br /> Commissioner Fran B. Adams Aye <br /> Commissioner Caroline D.
