METSTNGER and MARY MACE METSTNGER, his %ai *e, <br />in hand this day paid, the receipt:�of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, (the "County") hereby releases <br />the property hereinafter described from a certain special <br />assessment lien recorded by the County in its Official Records, <br />Book 0700, <br />Page <br />298, for a special <br />assessment <br />in <br />the amount of <br />$1,250.00, <br />plus <br />accrued interest at <br />the rate of <br />ten <br />percent (10%) <br />per annum, levied in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance <br />No. 83-46 of the County, as amended, and Resolution No. 84-107 of <br />the Board of County Commissioners of the County; and hereby <br />declares such special assessment lien fully satisfied. The <br />property, located in Indian River County, is more fully described <br />as follows: <br />Condominium Unit # 104 of PINE CREEK CONDOMINIUM II <br />according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded <br />in O. R.
