<br />Claim Deed to the City of Vero Beach re Lake Rose and
<br />authorized the signature of the Chairman.

<br />QUITCLAIM DEED
<br />THIS QUITCLAIM DEED, made this Sth day of February , 1986, between the
<br />Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter
<br />"Grantor", and the City of Vero Beach, Florida, a municipal corporation organized
<br />under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter "Grantee",
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00, to him in hand
<br />paid by the Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does release,
<br />remise, and quitclaim, and by these presents releases, remises, and forever
<br />quitclaims unto the said Grantee, its heirs and assigns forever, all right, title, and
<br />Interest of the Grantor in and to the following described land, to -wit:
<br />Situated in the State of Florida, County of Indian
<br />River, City of Vero. Beach, and being a part of
<br />Tract 12 of Section 3, Township 33 South, Range
<br />39 East, and being more particularly bounded
<br />and described as follows:
<br />All of Block A, designated as Lake, on the Plat
<br />of Sunnyside Park Subdivision as recorded in
<br />Plat Book 1, Page 7 of the Official Records of St.
<br />Lucie County, Florida.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all the hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining to the said Grantee,
<br />its heirs and assigns forever.
