Wednesday, February 12, 1986 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission <br />Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Wednesday, <br />February 12, 1986, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present were Don C. <br />Scurlock, Jr., Chairman; Patrick B. Lyons, Vice Chairman; Richard <br />N. Bird; Margaret C. Bowman; and William C. Wodtke, Jr. Also <br />present were Michael J. Wright, County Administrator; Charles P. <br />Vitunac, Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; and <br />Virginia Hargreaves, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order, and Commissioner <br />Wodtke led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA/EMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Chairman Scurlock informed the Board that he and the <br />Administrator have had discussions with Fellsmere Mayor Turner <br />relative to a cooperative effort both on animal control and road <br />paving. The Chairman requested that this item be added to today's <br />agenda and considered prior to the Consent Agenda so those who <br />have made the trip in from Fellsmere do not have to wait. <br />Chairman Scurlock advised that he will give a report on <br />North County wastewater under Committee Reports; Commissioner <br />Lyons stated that he planned to report on the Transportation <br />12 1966 Boa P":�F569- <br />FEBL- -- __ <br />
