(DRAKE) <br />State Road 60 Water Project <br />RELEASE OF ASSESSMENT LIEN <br />For and in consideration of the sum of $970.45 <br />RECEIVED from LEONARD J. HATALA and CONSTANCE C. HATALA, <br />his wife, in •hand this day paid, the receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, (the "County") hereby <br />releases the property hereinafter described from a certain special <br />assessment lien recorded by the County in its Official Records, Book <br />0691, Page 0077, for a special assessment in the amount of $970.45, <br />plus accrued interest at the rate of ten percent (100) per annum, <br />levied in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 83-46 of <br />the County, as amended, and Resolution No. 84-47 of the Board of <br />County Commissioners of the County; and hereby declares such special <br />assessment lien fully satisfied. The property, located in Indian <br />River County, is more fully described as follows: <br />Condominium Unit 3-B of TAMARA GARDENS CONDOMINIUM Phase I, <br />according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in O. R. <br />Book 667, Page 1183, of Indian River County records,' as <br />amended. <br />Executed by the.
