Each bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and shall bear the name and address <br /> of the bidder on the outside and the words "Sandridge Golf Course -„ Driving Range Tee <br /> Renovations and Bid No. 2012040". Bids should be addressed to Purchasing Division 1890 <br /> 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. All bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00 <br /> P.M. All bids received after 2:00 P.M., of the day specified above, will be returned unopened. <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY PROJECT NO. 1210 <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BID NO. 2012440 <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION; Proposed improvements include the excavation and relocation <br /> of the existing driving range tee box, construction of a 12'wide concrete cart path and <br /> curbing. also included is grass sprigging and sodding of tee and driving range area, <br /> irrigation and drainage improvements. <br /> All material and equipment furnished and all work performed shall be in strict accordance <br /> with the plans, specifications, and contract documents pertaining thereto, which may be <br /> obtained from the Public Works Department/Engineering Division, 1801 27th Street, Vero <br /> Beach, Florida, 32960, (772) 226-1283, Copies of the plans and specifications containing the <br /> necessary contract documents may be obtained by deposit of a check made payable to Indian <br /> River County, in the amount of $50.00 for each set, which represents cost of printing and <br /> handling, which is non--refundable. Communications concerning this bid shall be directed to <br /> IRC Purchasing Division at purchasinqC@,ircqov.com . <br /> All bidders shall submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of the Bid Proposal forms provided <br /> within the specifications. BID SECURITY must accompany each Bid, and must be in the form <br /> of an AIA Document A310 Bid Bond, properly executed by the Bidder and by a qualified surety, <br /> or a certified check or a cashier's check, drawn on any bank authorized to do business in the <br /> State of Florida.
