Projects must be consistent with applicable approved <br />local government comprehensive plans. (725-030-004 entitled "Section 5311 Program") <br />Application Procedures. <br />Pursuant to Department Rule 14-73 001, Florida Administrative Code, prospective applicants are to develop and adopt a <br />Transit Development Plan and submit such to the appropriate District Office by July 1 each year Additional information may <br />be obtained from the INFORMATION CONTACT listed below <br />Award Procedures: <br />The Department distributes 85 percent of the funding to Section 5307 providers and to Section 5311 providers who are not <br />Community Transportation Coordinators.
