There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously <br />approved the Minutes of the Special Meeting of <br />1/29/86, as written. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Commissioner Lyons requested that Item F be removed for <br />discussion, and Commissioner Bowman requested that Item E be <br />removed also. <br />A.
