FEB 19 1966BooK 63 Fa. -E6'31 <br />Attorney Vitunac requested the deletion of Item 12 - <br />I <br />Acceptance of Donation of Indian River Boulevard Right-of-way <br />Parcels - because the Tanens need another week to check the <br />surveys and get a certified survey of what they are donating. <br />Kimley-Horn just gave them the surveys yesterday. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Chairman Scurlock asked if there were any changes or <br />additions to the Minutes of the Special Meeting of January 29, <br />1986. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously <br />approved the Minutes of the Special Meeting of <br />1/29/86, as written. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Commissioner Lyons requested that Item F be removed for <br />discussion, and Commissioner Bowman requested that Item E be <br />removed also. <br />A.
