The County hereby <br /> determines that the levy of the assessments is needed to fund the cost of storm protection <br /> benefits provided by the County's proposed beach nourishment program. <br /> SECTION 3. DELIVERY OF COPIES. Upon adoption,the Clerk of the <br /> Circuit Court is hereby directed to send a copy of this Resolution by United States mail to <br /> the Florida Department of Revenue,the Indian River County Tax Collector,and the Indian <br /> River County Property Appraiser by January 10, 1999. <br /> SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE.
