li <br /> Revised Attachment C <br /> Program Goals <br /> The County Is to achieve the following emergency management Program Goals throughout the contract <br /> period to ensure county compliance and coordination with the state emergency management. <br /> Items listed below are to be reviewed during the mid-year and end-of year progress report prepared in <br /> conjunction with the Division's Regional Coordinator to ensure county compliance. <br /> 1. COORDINATION AND COLLABORATION - Utilizing the elements below, county emergency <br /> management agencies will have an ongoing process that provides for coordinated and <br /> collaborated input in the preparation, implementation, evaluation and revision of emergency <br /> management programs. <br /> • Attend the Regional Training and Exercise Planning(TEP)Workshop and provide an agenda <br /> or a copy of the certificate to show participation during this contract period(July 1, 2015— <br /> June 30,2016) <br /> I <br /> 2. TRAINING AND EXERCISE-To ensure that each county emergency management agency is in <br /> compliance with EMPG Guidance, each EMPG funded position during this contract period (July <br /> 1, 2015—June 30, 2016) MUST provide the following items. This shall be uploaded to the <br /> Division's Sharepoint portal, httos://Portal.floddadisaster.org <br /> • At least one County Emergency Management employee should participate in no less than <br /> three(3)exercises within the 12 month Agreement period <br /> • Submit an After Action Report(AAR)for each exercise conducted by the Recipient and/or <br /> provide sufficient exercise documentation (i.e., sign in sheet, certificate, etc.)for participation <br /> in each exercise not conducted by the Recipient <br /> 3. National Incident Management System (NIMS)-The Recipient will be required to complete a <br /> NIMS survey and provide the NIMS implementation status of your jurisdiction no later than <br /> December 1st. This survey, upon receipt, is designed to provide a self-assessment instrument <br /> to evaluate and report on your jurisdiction's implementation of the National Incident Management <br /> System(NIMS) <br /> ;I <br /> 4. Multi-Year Trainina and Exercise Plan (MYTEP)—Recipient is required to develop a MYTEP <br /> that identifies combination of exercises, along with associated trainings requirements, that <br /> addresses the priorities identified in the State TEPW.
