Wednesday, February 26, 1986 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission <br />Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Wednesday, <br />February 26, 1986, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present were Don C. <br />Scurlock, Jr., Chairman; Patrick B. Lyons, Vice Chairman; Richard <br />N. Bird; Margaret C. Bowman; and William C. Wodtke, Jr. Also <br />present were Michael J. Wright, County Administrator; Charles P. <br />Vitunac, Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; and <br />Virginia Hargreaves, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order, and Commissioner <br />Bowman led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA/EMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Administrator Wright requested the following additions and <br />deletions: <br />1) Deletion of Item 11 - Discussion re Ryanwood Shopping Center <br />as they are in process of foreclosure and this will be put on an <br />agenda sometime in March. <br />2) Deletion of Item 12 - Acceptance of donation of Indian River <br />Boulevard R/W - 12th Street and 6th Avenue parcels. <br />3) Addition of discussion re the Courthouse roof. <br />4) Approval of emergency water from City of Vero Beach for <br />commercial property at 699 17th Street, whose well has been <br />contaminated due to a gasoline spill. <br />5) Appoint representative to Fellsmere Farms Drainage District <br />Advisory Committee to help them decide how to spend 1.7 million. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously added <br />and deleted items on today's agenda as described above. <br />FEB 2 6 1986 Boar 63 <br />
