did not mean to repeal the mining ordinance; that was a mistake <br />with the codification in Tallahassee. If there was an issue from <br />May of 1985 to the present, we will be covered, but this will <br />solve it and make it clear for the future. <br />Planner Shearer further clarified that subsection 25 (r) had <br />always been the mining ordinance, and it was simply staff's <br />intention to keep that and the sign ordinance section intact. <br />Commissioner Lyons expressed the same concern as Commis- <br />sioner Wodtke because passing another ordinance gives him the <br />impression we never had a mining ordinance. He would prefer just <br />passing a Resolution regarding the fact that the codifiers left <br />it out of the Code Book. <br />Attorney Vitunac stated that the problem is that the <br />codifiers just deleted whatever was where they saw the word <br />"reserve." Actually, they were sort of led into it.
