All Project Generated Income (PGI) expenditures must be for the 7 Federal Purpose Areas <br />associated with the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance (JAG) Program. <br />2. All PGI will be expended according to the PGI Budget Report attached, pursuant to all of the <br />provisions contained in the Standard Conditions of the referenced subgrant project. <br />3. Any additional PGI earned during the subgrant period from the referenced subgrant project, <br />which is not included in the attached PGI Budget Report shall also be expended in accordance with <br />this Agreement. However, said additional PGI may be separately allocated to the various budget <br />categories by submission and approval of the PGI Budget Report reflecting said additional PGI. <br />4.
