For all employees covered by <br />the Bargaining <br />.;Agreement, <br />there shall be a 2% across -the --board <br />increase for all <br />employees <br />including probationary employees but <br />excluding those <br />employees <br />at the top of their respective pay scales. In addition <br />I <br />1 there shall be a 1.8% merit increase for <br />is <br />non -probationary <br />employees <br />who most recently have received <br />a "satisfactory" <br />Personnel <br />Evaluation, a 2.8% merit increase for <br />non -probationary <br />!employees <br />who most recently have received a "very <br />good" Personnel <br />Evaluation, <br />1� <br />and a 3.8% merit increase for those <br />non -probationary <br />:employees <br />who most recently have received <br />an "outstanding" <br />, <br />;Personnel <br />Evaluation. Merit pay will not be applicable to those <br />employees <br />who have reached their maximum pay levels. <br />2.
