Where wastewater service to a property does appear feasible <br />the funds, provided by that property owner will be credited towards assessed <br />impact fees on the property. <br />CONCLUSION <br />Attached:as Exhibit II is a proposal and work authorization by Masteller and <br />Moler, an.engineering firm currently contracted to provide continuing <br />wastewater engineering services to the Utilities Department, to perform a <br />wastewater. -feasibility study for the Roseland area. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff requests that the Honorable Board of County Commissioners review the <br />proposal and if determined acceptable, authorize the Chairman to execute the <br />work authorization for preparation of the feasibility study. Staff further <br />requests that the Board authorize the Utilities Department to place the <br />$27,910.00.in an account and utilize the funds to cover the cost of the <br />feasibility study. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by Commis- <br />sioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously approved Work <br />Authorization No. 4 for Masteller & Moler Associates <br />to do a feasibility study of the Roseland area for <br />the lump sum fee of $20,000 and authorized the <br />Utilities Department to place the $27,910 collected <br />from property owners in an account and utilize said <br />funds to cover the cost of the feasibility study. <br />14 <br />
