Surplus Property - Clerk <br />The Board reviewed memo of the Purchasing Manager: <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners DATE: Feb. 26, 1986 FILE: <br />THRU: Joseph A. Baird SUBJECT: Surplus Property - Y <br />Director, Management & Budget <br />FROM: �e-►�� REFERENCES: <br />Carolyn P odrich, Manager <br />Purchasing Department <br />1. Description and Conditions <br />The Clerks Office has 2 IBM Model 5265 Point of Sale Terminals <br />that are now obsolete. <br />One was purchased in 198(l and one in 1984, at a cost of $4274.00 <br />each. <br />2. Alternatives and Analysis <br />The terminals must be declared as surplus property, so they can be <br />advertised and sold to the best bidder. <br />3. Recommendation <br />It is recommended that the Board of County Commissioners declare <br />this equipment as surplus property, so they can be sold to the <br />best bidder. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by Commis- <br />sioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously declared the <br />IBM Point of Sale Terminals described above surplus <br />property. <br />7 <br />BOOK 63 FACE 840 <br />
