Project shall be completed as follows: II <br /> a. 100% "Paper" review submittal (final review prior to request for final deliverables) shall <br /> be made within 90 calendar days of receipt of Notice to Proceed for review by County <br /> Staff prior to preparing the final submittal package <br /> b.
