MAR 19 1986 Bou 63-F1.cE91.2 -7 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />instructed staff and the County Attorney to look into a <br />r <br />vehicle to protect our local septage haulers <br />from competition from other counties where they do <br />not have the requirement for disposal. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously <br />instructed the County Attorney and the Utilities <br />Department to find a way to put the increased rates <br />into the franchised haulers at the same time that <br />the new rates go into effect at the County Landfill. <br />Commissioner Bird asked if the consultants were considering <br />decentralization of dumping stations in the county because he <br />felt the two main reasons that push people into dumping illegally <br />are dumping costs and the driving time to the landfill. <br />Director Pinto confirmed that the study addresses <br />decentralization and we probably will see a different type of <br />transfer station. <br />CONSULTANT'S REPORT DATED 2/7/86 IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE <br />CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />PUBLIC HEARING - AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING CODE ESTABLISHING <br />MINIMUM SQUARE FOOTAGE AND LAND AREA REQUIREMENTS FOR <br />MULTIPLE -FAMILY DWELLINGS AND HOTEL AND MOTEL ROOMS <br />The hour of 10:15 o'clock A.M. having passed, the Deputy <br />Clerk read the following Notice with Proof of Publication <br />attached, to wit: <br />27 <br />
