BARYON <br />CLERK CIRCUIT COURT' <br />INDIAN RNER CO., FLA. <br />�1 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95- 09 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />CONFIRMING THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS IN <br />CONNECTION WITH PHASE IV OF THE WATER MAIN <br />EXTENSION GROWTH PLAN AND PROVIDING FOR <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENT LIENS TO BE MADE OF <br />RECORD. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County has, by Resolution No. 94-156, adopted December 6, 1994, <br />determined to make special assessments against certain properties to be <br />serviced by Phase IV of the Water Main Extension Growth Plan of the <br />County; and <br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which said <br />special assessments shall be made and how said special assessments are <br />to be paid; and <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published in the Vero Beach Press <br />Journal, RR required by Section 206.04, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County passed Resolution No. 94-157 on December 6, 1994, which set a <br />time and place for a public hearing at which the owners of the <br />properties to be assessed and other interested persons would have the <br />chance to be heard as to any and all complaints as to said project and <br />said special assessments, and for the Board to act as required by <br />Section 206.07, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public hearing was <br />published in the Press Journal Newspaper on Friday, December 9, 1994, <br />and Friday, December 16, 1994 (twice one week apart; the last being at <br />least one week prior to the hearing) , as required by Section 206.06, <br />Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the land owners of record were mailed notices at least <br />ten days prior to the hearing, as required by Section 206.06, Indian <br />River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County on Tuesday, January 10, 1995, at 9:05 a.m. conducted the <br />r' public hearing with regard to the special assessments, <br />V <br />CQUMY ATTOPNCY'S OFFICE <br />IPdJI,;I' t.lyrl" ;.0.JNTY <br />Ir -1.1 2:716 Stmof <br />Vero 8�jch, Florida 32960 <br />a <br />
