<br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, met in Special Session at the County Commission
<br />Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Wednesday,
<br />March 19, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. Present were Don C.
<br />Scurlock, Jr., Chairman; Patrick B. Lyons, Vice Chairman; Richard
<br />N. Bird; Margaret C. Bowman; and William C. Wodtke, Jr. Also
<br />present were H. T. "Sonny" Dean, General Services Director;
<br />Charles P. Vitunac, Attorney to the Board of County Commis-
<br />sioners; Joseph Baird, OMB Director; Terry Pinto, Utilities
<br />Director; Jeffrey Barton, Assistant Utilities Director; and
<br />Virginia Hargreaves, Deputy Clerk.
<br />The hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. having passed, the Deputy
<br />Clerk read the following Notice with Proof of Publication
<br />attached, to -wit:

<br />Utilities, Inc. for a sewer rate increase in the
<br />Vero Beach Highlands and Vero Shores Water &
<br />Sewer Division. At that hearing, the Commission
<br />will consider General Development Utilities,
<br />Inc.'s request for a continuation of the 1983
<br />,Rate Case docket.
<br />The rate ,increases will reflect the following
<br />changes in the sewer rates currently paid by a
<br />typical single-family residential customer using
<br />5,000 gallons per month:
