M M M <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />Beginning 210 feet, South of the Northeast corner of <br />Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 32, <br />Township 31 South, Range 39 East, and running South <br />420 feet; thence West 210 feet; thence North 420 feet; <br />thence East 210 feet to point of beginning, said tract <br />containing two acres more or less, together with the <br />parcel described as: <br />From the Northeast corner of the Northwest quarter of <br />the Northwest quarter, Section 32, Township 31 South, <br />Range 39 East, run South 210 feet to a point; thence <br />run West 210 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br />run West 231 feet; thence run South 780 feet, then run <br />East 441 feet; thence run North 360 feet; thence run <br />West 210 feet; thence run North 420 feet to the point <br />of beginning. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same for a term of Twenty <br />( 20 ) years from the date hereof. <br />1. It is understood and agreed by and between the <br />parties hereto that the above described premises shall be used <br />exclusively for offices and a child development center for the use <br />and benefit of the public who desire to use same through Lessee <br />and that Lessee will make all the necessary improvements on said <br />property in order to convert the same into offices and a child <br />development center and will, at its own expense, maintain the same <br />as such during the term of this Lease. <br />2. The Lessee agrees not to use or permit the use of <br />said premises, or any part thereof, for any unlawful purpose or <br />offensive use, and further agrees that the same shall be used <br />solely for the purpose of maintaining and operating the same as <br />offices and a child development center or other community <br />services. Lessee agrees that the leased premises will be held <br />open as a community building which may be used by the community <br />under reasonable terms and conditions. <br />3. This Lease shall not be assigned and no part of the <br />leased premises shall be sublet nor used for any purpose other <br />than that expressed in this Lease without the express consent of <br />Lessor.
