1 JOS(REBO\�dhoo)LlOAL(TPO/nhm) <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98- 19 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, ADDING A MEMBER TO THE OLD <br />COURTHOUSE AD HOC COMMITTEE. <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 95-11 established the Old Courthouse Ad <br />Hoc Committee; and <br />WHEREAS, representation on the Committee by the City of Vero <br />Beach will provide greater input to the Committee, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that: <br />I. The membership of the Old Courthouse Ad Hoc Committee is <br />amended to include: <br />C. A member appointed by the City Council of the City of <br />Vero Beach <br />2. All other aspects of Resolution No. 95-11 remain unchanged. <br />This resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner T 1 p p in <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner B i r d , and, upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Kenneth R. <br />Macht <br />Absent <br />Vice Chairman Fran B. <br />Adams <br />Absent <br />Commissioner Richard <br />N.
