Prelim- <br />inary plat approval extensions are allowed pursuant to section <br />7(d)(10) of the subdivision ordinance. Davis, *P.E. <br />Public Works Director <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />SUBJECT: <br />Authorization to Advertise for <br />Professional Engineering <br />Services -Indian River <br />Boulevard North Extension <br />REFERENCES: <br />Recent development pressures along the North Indian River Boulevard <br />corridor are resulting in the need for detailed engineering design to be <br />performed. <br />During the April 16, 1985 meeting of the Transportation Planning Committee, <br />the northerly extension of Indian River Boulevard was unanimously approved <br />to provide an alternate route serving the US 1 corridor (minutes attached). <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />Staff and local consultants have defined a road alignment north of Barber <br />Avenue.
