RESOLUTION NO. 95-25 <br />WHEREAS, the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners <br />desires to provide a benefit plan for its employees that meet the <br />requirements of Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code and <br />believes adoption of such plan to be in the best interest of the <br />Indian River County Board of County Commissioners employees. <br />NOW# THEREFORE, BE IT: <br />RESOLVED, that the Indian River County Board of County <br />Commissioners hereby approves and adopts the Indian River County <br />Board of County Commissioners Premium Conversion Plan, also called <br />the Health Care Cost Savings Plan, a copy of which has been <br />reviewed by the Board of County Commissioners; and <br />FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chairman of the Indian River County <br />Board of County Commissioners, be and hereby is, authorized and <br />directed to do all acts and to execute all documents in writing, <br />which are determined to be necessary or desirable in order to adopt <br />the Premium Conversion Plan. <br />The resolution was moved to adoption by Commissioner Eggert and the <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner Adams, and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Kenneth R.
