EXHIBIT A <br />TO <br />BILL OF SALE <br />FROM <br />CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA <br />TO <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />All of the City of Sebastian's water production, treatment <br />plants, storage treatment, transmission, distribution, pumping and <br />other water facilities, including without limitation, water wells <br />and fire hydrants, and all wastewater treatment plant, wastewater <br />collection, transmission, pumping and disposal facilities of every <br />kind and description whatsoever, including, without limitation, all <br />trade fixtures, leasehold improvements, lift stations, pumps, <br />generators, controls, collection and transmission pipes or <br />facilities, valves, meters, service connections, and all other <br />water and wastewater service connections, and all other water and <br />wastewater physical facilities, together with all machinery, and <br />equipment used in the course of the day-to-day operations of the <br />City of Sebastian Water and Sewer System. <br />D-8 <br />
