2/28/95(reso\author)Vk <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-28 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD 01 COUNTY COMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORISING THE COUNTY <br />ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE CERTAIN NATER AND SEWER <br />IMPACT FEE DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE BOARD. <br />WKIREAS, the County provides its utilities customers with financing to <br />pay for water and sewer impact fees and has prepared a form and note which in <br />executed by the customer and the County and then recorded; and <br />WRIPBAB, this is an on-going, time-consuming, daily process; and <br />WKEREAS, after the customer repays the debt a satisfaction form also <br />must be executed and recorded on the public records; and <br />WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to streamline this process by having the <br />Board authorize the County Administrator, or his designee, to Sign these <br />impact fee extension agreements and satisfactions on the Board's behalf; <br />NOii, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVICR COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board hereby authorizes the County <br />Administrator, or his designee, to sign all agreements and satisfactions for <br />the extended payment of water and sewer impact fees provided that the forms <br />contain an attestation by the Clerk and the signatures of the County Attorney <br />and a representative of the Utility Services Department. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Eggert, and the <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner Bird, and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Kenneth R.
