Appointment to Transportation Planning Council <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />appointed Lee Johnston from Orchid to replace <br />Jeannette Lier on the Transportation Planning <br />Committee and Councilman Robert McCarthy as the <br />municipal representative from Sebastian to the <br />Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council. <br />J. Joint Pole Use Agreement with Southern Bell <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 4/3/86: <br />TO: DATE:. FILE: <br />Don C. Scurlock, Jr., April 3, 1986 - <br />Chairman <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />SUBJECT: <br />JOINT POLE USE AGREEMENT <br />WITH SOUTHERN BELL <br />FROM:Bruce Barkett REFERENCES: <br />Assistant Coun y Attorney <br />Please execute the attached application and permit for use of <br />Southern Bell poles for two school zone flashing beacons.
