BARTON, CLERK <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2010 - 049 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT•ON LOT 2, BLOCK 78, VERO BEACH <br />HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION UNIT 3 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot 2, Block <br />78, of Vero Beach Highlands Subdivision Unit 3; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED b'y the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that. <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easement portion: <br />the west four feet of the east six foot drainage and utility easement of Lot 2, Block 78, Vero <br />Beach Highlands Subdivision Unit 3, less and except any portion of the north 12 foot drainage and <br />utility easement on such lot, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 41 of the Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />This partial release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the <br />State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960 <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davi s , seconded by <br />Commissioner F1 escher , and adopted on the 15th day of <br />June 2010, by the following vote. <br />Chairman Peter D.
