Financial Project No 413731-2-14-01 <br />Contract No C-1 05cj <br />Agreement Date j/ <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />PROJECTS DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES <br />This exhibit forms an integral part of that certain Joint Participation Agreement between the State of Florida, <br />Department of Transportation and Indian River County MPO <br />1801 27th Street. Vero Beach. FL 32960 <br />referenced by the above Financial Project Number. <br />PROJECT LOCATION. <br />Indian River County MPO <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION. <br />Provide assistance to the Indian River County MPO for the undertaking of technical studies and to implement the tasks <br />and activities in the adopted Unified Planning Work Program. <br />Indian River County MPO Section 5305d <br />SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS BY AGENCY. <br />The audit report(s) required in paragraph 6 60 of the Agreement shall include a schedule of project assistance that will <br />reflect the Department's contract number, Financial Project Number and the Federal Identification number, where <br />applicable, and the amount of state funding action (receipt and disbursement of funds) and any federal or local funding <br />action and the funding action from any other source with respect to the project. <br />SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS BY DEPARTMENT <br />Compliance requirements include 7. 2 CFR Part 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit <br />Requirements for Federal Awards also known as the Super Circular <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />18 <br />
