The County has provided adequate information to meet the burden of proof and no <br />evidence has been provided that shows that proof to be in error. <br />Therefore, based on the evidence presented and in accordance with Chapter 100.06, I have <br />denied your appeal of the Community Development Director's decision. In accordance with <br />100.06, you have 10 working daysto appeal my decision to the Board of County Commissioners. <br />It has come to my attention that on September 28, 2015, you submitted additional refund <br />requests.
