SECTION 00520 - Agreement (Public Works) <br />THIS AGREEMENT is by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a Political Subdivision of the <br />State of Florida organized and existing under the Laws of the State of Florida, (hereinafter called <br />OWNER) <br />and <br />(hereinafter called CONTRACTOR). <br />OWNER and CONTRACTOR, in consideration of the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, <br />agree as follows. <br />ARTICLE 1 - WORK <br />1.01 CONTRACTOR shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract <br />`cR,i4 <br />Documents The Work is generally described as follows <br />,rf <br />The proposed improvements to CR512 from 125' Avenue to 1-95 consist: of milling and <br />resurfacing of the existing roadway, widening the existing paved shoulders to 5' wide, <br />re -grading and sodding outside shoulder. New pavement sauce shall be striped with <br />thermoplastic pavement markings.
