The remaining five carts will be kept for use as needed at Sandridge or the <br />Fairgrounds. <br />One of the specifications within the bid was for an aluminum frame on the carts. Club Car was the <br />only bidder to indicate their cart came with an aluminum frame; E -Z -Go and Yamaha both offer <br />carts with steel frames. Staff confirmed with each vendor that their bids reflect their standard <br />frame, therefore, only one bidder could have met the restrictive specifications for aluminum <br />frame. Staff recommends the Board waive the technicality of the aluminum frame requirement <br />92 <br />
