Brown ( pl� <br />Director, Office of Manageent Budget <br />Date: January 8, 2016 <br />Subject: Miscellaneous Budget Amendment 011 <br />Description and Conditions <br />The attached budget amendment appropriates funding necessary for the following: <br />1. Each year it becomes necessary to "roll over" certain projects that were initiated in fiscal year <br />2014-2015 to the current fiscal year. In addition, the CIE projects approved by the Board of <br />County Commissioners. on December 1, 2015 are included. The attached entry appropriates <br />funding for these projects for fiscal year 2015-2016. <br />2. The Granicus software was purchased with Optional Sales Tax Funds, however, the training <br />cannot be capitalized. The attached entry appropriates funding in the amount of $11,050 from <br />Information Technology -Cash Forward -Oct 1St <br />3. On October 20, 2015, the Board of County Commissioners approved a FIND Project funding <br />assistance agreement for the removal of eligible derelict vessels along the Intracoastal <br />Waterway. Two additional vessels have been designated derelict and an amendment will be <br />made to the FIND Agreement.
