FWC Agreement No. 15120 <br />STATE OF FLORIDA <br />FLORIDA FISH AND WILDLIFE CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br />AGREEMENT NO. 15120 <br />CFDA Title(s): Wildlife Restoration and Basic Hunter <br />Education <br />CFDA No(s).: 15.611 <br />Name of Federal Agency(s): US Fish and Wildlife Service <br />Federal Award No(s): F14AF01077 <br />Federal Award Year(s): 2014 <br />Federal Award Name(s): Indian River County Shooting Range Hunter Education Classroom <br />CSFA Title(s).: N/A <br />CSFA No(s).: N/A <br />State Award No(s).: N/A <br />State Award Year(s): N/A <br />State Award Name(s): N/A <br />This Agreement is entered into by and between the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, <br />whose address is 620 South Meridian Street, Tallahassee, -Florida -32399 -1600, -hereafter "Commission," -and Indian <br />River County, FEID # 59-6000674, whose address is 1801 27th Street, Building A, Vero Beach, Fl 32960, <br />hereinafter "Grantee." <br />WHEREAS, the Commission and Grantee have partnered together to develop and construct the Hunter <br />Safety Classroom to be located at the Indian River County Public Shooting Range; and, <br />WHEREAS, Grantee has been awarded (award name and number not applicable); and, <br />WHEREAS, such benefits are for the ultimate good of the State of Florida, its resources, wildlife, and public <br />welfare. <br />Now THEREFORE, the Commission and the Grantee, for the considerations hereafter set forth, agree as <br />follows: <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION. The Grantee shall provide the services and perform the specific responsibilities <br />and obligations, as set forth in the Scope of Work, attached hereto as Attachment A and made a part hereof <br />(hereafter, Scope of Work). The Scope of Work specifically identifies project tasks and accompanying <br />deliverables. These deliverables must be submitted and approved by the Commission prior to any payment. <br />The Commission will not accept any deliverable that does not comply with the specified required minimum <br />level of service to be performed and the criteria for evaluating the successful completion of each deliverable. <br />If this agreement is the result of Grantee responses to the Commission's request for competitive or other <br />grant proposals, the Grantee's response is hereby incorporated by reference. <br />2. PERFORMANCE. The Grantee shall perform the activities described in the Scope of Work in a proper and <br />satisfactory manner. Unless otherwise provided for in the Scope of Work, any and all equipment, products <br />or materials necessary or appropriate to perform under this Agreement shall be supplied by the Grantee. <br />Grantee shall obtain all necessary local, state, and federal authorizations necessary to complete this project, <br />GRANT - GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY 40 <br />Ver.
