The Grant Award is conditionally approved for the period <br />from August 1, 2014 to lune 30, 2015 in the amount of $192,000 of which the Federal Share is $144,000; <br />however;.only- $19,200_ofthe-Federal share_has been authorized at this time.The remain�rtg Federal share <br />balance of $172,800 is contingent upon our receipt and approval of site/project specific environmental <br />- _——_coinpiiance_documents _When -t ese_documents_have_lieen-co <br />---- - —ari amdri menfof tt a Grazit-Award-regnestirig theremainirig- <br />income using the additive method is approved. <br />Your request-to-accbunt-forprogram- <br />Special Conditions to this Grant Award include but are not limited to: <br />Annual Interim Fiscal and Project Performance Reports are due no later than September 28, 2015. <br />For Failure to Report: In accordance with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Manual chapter 516 FW 2 <br />Performance Reportingfor Grant and Cooperative Agreement Awards, failure to submit reports by the <br />required due dates may result in the following progressive actions, including but not limited to: <br />a) notifying your State Director in writing that a Financial Status and/or Project Performance <br />Report was not received; <br />b) withholding cash payment pending receipt of the required report(s); <br />c) denying the use of Federal funds and all forms of matching funds; <br />d) whole or partial suspension, or termination of the current grant award; <br />e) withholding of future awards for the program; and, <br />f) other legal actions as stated in the interim guidance. <br />Grant Approval Level is determined to be at the Grant Level. Your agency should track performance and <br />costs at this level and report them in the Final Performance Report. <br />Ten Percent Waiver. In accordance with Service Manual Part 522 FW 23 (May 22, 2006), this <br />Grant Award is not subject to the prior written approval requirements of 43 CFR 12.70 (c) (l) (ii). <br />Therefore, funds greater than 10 percent of Grant A Acord total may be transferred among direct cost <br />categories, or, if applicable, among separately budgeted programs, projects, functions, or activities without <br />prior approval. <br />79 <br />
