Letter of Understanding between SWDD and Waste Management <br />p.m. (memorandum dated November 19, 2015) <br />347- <br />349 <br />Director of Utility Services Vincent Burke recalled that on November 17, <br />2015, the Solid Waste Disposal District (SWDD) Board accepted the <br />offers by Waste Management, Inc. of Florida (WMIF), in lieu of <br />foregoing administrative charges for October 2015.
